UPDATE: Within a few days of my posting the below review. I was contacted by JP from Superior. He apologized for the issues that I have had with my Vehicle. He also sent me a check for $1,000 To help defray some of my out of pocket repair costs. I very much appreciate his outreach. It makes me feel better about purchasing my vehicle here. He certainly had no obligation to do so. It was a nice gesture and showed me that they are willing to stand behind the vehicles they sell. Thank you JP. I purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain SLT from this dealership approximately a year ago. But I have only put a little over one thousand miles on it since then. My short test drive went okay. Purchase process was okay. But shortly after purchase, things started going downhill quickly! In the first couple of days the check engine light appeared. Okay, most used vehicles need some things fixed from time to time. I fully get that! But the ASE certified mechanic I used found that several codes had been very recently cleared, so the CEL would not show. I had to replace the high pressure fuel pump. Next I had to replace both catalytic converters and both oxygen sensors. Next was a tie rod replacement. Over $2000 out of my pocket! And that was with me buying the parts myself @ a discount! They had installed new brakes prior to my purchase, but one of the caliper bolts came loose within the first week. (dangerous) So I wouldn’t recommend their mechanic either or whoever they used for the brake job at that time. Over the past several months the transmission is acting up and now needs replaced. Another several thousand $ repair. Remember, I have only driven this vehicle a bit over a thousand miles since purchase. So have the vehicle you might be considering checked out by a reputable mechanic. It might just save you many $$ and headaches down the line! As a side note, it is my belief that many of their latest reviews, especially in the past few days and weeks are from fake accounts. I can’t prove it. But they are a bit fishy! Take a close look for yourself. All are “glowing” 5 star reviews, yet have no specifics and when you look @ the reviewer profile, none show any Public reviews, pics, etc. That’s been my experience with the vehicle I purchased here.

I have visited several dealerships in the past, but I must say that Superior Auto Mall truly left a lasting impression. Their service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The sales team went the extra mile to address all of my inquiries and guide me in selecting the perfect car. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience!
